We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail at 2 Leafed Doors. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us, even though we arrived late on New Year's Eve. The room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. The location was also convenient and central to everything. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and patio, surrounded by beautiful garden furniture. The free toiletries and dryer in the room were an added bonus. Plus, the television with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating area made me feel right at home.

The hotel's location is great, situated in the heart of the city surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. the walls are sound and well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful stay. Rooms are pleasantly decorated, but the maintenance is insufficient, with carpets and sheets often being stained.

The service is often lackluster, with rude and disrespectful staff.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic! They were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved that they had both shower and big jet bath tubs with toiletries. Another advantage was the smooth process of going in and out of the property.

Sadly, the pool area was not clean during our stay, which was a disappointment as we were hoping to use it. we would have appreciated a gluten-free/low GI bread option at breakfast, as well as healthier cheese selections.

The check-in process was very smooth and the staff at reception were helpful with our questions. the rooms were also quite spacious and had comfortable beds which allowed us to get a good night's rest after a long day. the hotel is located in a convenient area close to various restaurants and shops that made it easy for us to find everything we needed.

The cleanliness of the hotel fell quite short of our expectations. We noticed dirt and grime on the windowsills, and the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly as there were hairs left behind.
